By using AffilFinder services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

AffilFinder provides an affiliate matching platform connecting casino operators with affiliate marketers. Services are subject to availability and geographic restrictions.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws and regulations, maintain account security, and use services only for lawful purposes.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users may not engage in fraud, misrepresentation, unauthorized access, or any activity that violates gambling regulations in applicable jurisdictions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology on AffilFinder are proprietary. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute without explicit permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

AffilFinder is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify AffilFinder against claims arising from their use of services or violation of these terms.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with notice. AffilFinder may terminate immediately for terms violations.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in Toronto courts.
